All you have have to do is click the Tower Hill Insurance button to the right and send an email to TJ Hart with your guess about whether it will rain today between 3:20 and 5:20 PM. Emails must be sent between 3:19PM and 5:19PM each weekday!
Then listen to the Drive Time Happy Hour that day at 5:20 and listen to Chip Morris decree whether or not it has indeed rained! We'll randomly select one winner from all correct entries each weekday. Daily winners will receive a News/Talk 97.3 THE SKY and Tower Hill Insurance Group Umbrella, and be placed into the weekly drawing to win an American Red Cross Radio!
